Hi everyone, could really do with some advice please,i received a letter from robinson way 18.11.18 basically saying that they cannot find the paperwork i requested so have marked the debt as unenforceable, however i received a letter today with a pre legal assessment is to be carried out, i would be very grateful for any advice as to what would be my next course of action. Many thanks to whoever may be reading.

I would simply send them a letter in response with a copy of their letter reminding them they are in breach of your CCA request and have already informed you of the unenforceable status of the account.

Thank you amethyst, best get my pc and printer out again, is there anything i should or shouldnt say in my letter. Thank you
