Please help I have been trying to call the mobile number given and it just goes straight to voice mail I have tried calling the court office but the number just rings and rings . I have a 6 year old at home and I am currently under so much stress. Some help and advise would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

Morning xxx Is this letter the first you have heard of the judgment ?

Depending on the answer to that you will need either form n245 or n244 to apply to suspend the warrant and either set instalments or set aside the judgment - and possibly form ex160 for fee remission.
