Hi. I recently received a letter before court from SIP regarding a pcn from last May when I was not the driver. This is the first letter i received so i thought the matter had been dealt with. I contacted them and was told to write in to appeal. I wrote to explain that a valid ticket had been purchased but had blown over on the dashboard (I still have the ticket) and that I have had no other letters from them. The driver has since told me that an appeal was submitted but no response was received so naturally we assumed it was sorted. Where do I go from here? What are my chances in court? Thanks.
