22/03/13 is when the agreement was entered into ( so that should be approx date on the agreement copy they send). When PRAC bought it they just took over reporting on equifax, but didn't bother with the others... so basically it shows as PRAC reporting from the opening date. PRAC didn't take it over till Dec 2016.

Might come in handy later..... even if not with defending the claim, possibly a irresponsible lending type complaint... depends on the situation.
I’ll get on that now, thanks

Sorry but that all means nothing to me. My head is just all over the place at the minute

That's fine. My explaining skills are a bit pants. Ask anyone

Clearscore shows the Equifax credit file.

          PRAC only report to Equifax.

When PRAC took over the debt in Dec 2016 they reported the change in ownership to Equifax ( and not to Experian or Callcredit )

Which is why it only shows as PRAC on your Clearscore.

The original account with Instant cash loans was opened in March 2013, and defaulted in August 2013.

Does that help.... it's not very important tbh - most important is to see what documents come back from your SAR, CCA, and a CPR requests.

You have until the beginning of April now before you need to put in a defence ( even if you hear nothing back from anyone you NEED to put a defence in on time ) So post back here if you hear anything, or if you don't and will give you a hand with the next bit

A little possibly interesting reading for you over on Debt Camel's site here https://debtcamel.co.uk/payday-loan-...mment-page-31/

So I’ve had no reply from PRAC but have received a letter from their solicitor (BW legal) stating basically that they will put it on hold pending instruction from their client.

Does this mean that they are holding off with the court claim or is that still going ahead?
