CCA request and old debts

Hi, just joined and wanted some help with CCA and/ or Subject access requests. Two old debts, one is pre 2007 for a credit card and a loan taken out in 2000. I have been paying these for years as too scared to deal with the debt collector and going through my bank statements trying to get everything in order, realised I am still paying these today. Ideally I want to offer a settlement and get them out my way but as I now need a mortgage, I need these sorted but too scared to take action at present and remember these horrible days of harassment only too clearly. Any advice please?

Its very difficult to offer advice without seeing the credit agreements that you have for each debt and without having more details about what has happened with this case
