    Hi
i am concerned about a CCJ registered in my husbands name at an address we have never lived at. We lived in Canada from 2009 to 2017 the CCJ was registered in 2014 and we only discovered it on our return

Give court a call and ask them for the details of the judgment, telling them that you have just discovered it and have no other information ( does the claimant/judgment holder name show on your credit file / trustonline ? ) and that you intend to apply to have it set aside.

There is some info on set aside here - Set Aside Application

but find out what you can about it from the court, and possibly from the judgment holder once you know who it is, and then you can look at getting consent and making an application to remove it.

Most likely court is the Northampton CCBC https://courttribunalfinder.service....ss-centre-ccbc
