    Ok

Best to hang on a few days to see how that pans out.
If no joy, give us a nudge (Allowing a couple of days before the discount deadline.)

Hi the lady got in touch and said she could cancel the 2nd parking fine if I paid the first one but is unable to cancel both. Still got time left to pay the discounted rate of £60 instead of £100. Do you think this is a good deal?

            Personally I would fight both.
            But that's me!

Some folks might just pay to draw a line under it.
I would suggest that this agreement is put in writing (ie email), & obtain the parking co's consent......if agreed orally, once paid, the PPC just might *forget* about the arrangement!
