              I think Charity's question has been answered, no defence has been submitted, That image in post #32 is a default judgement for the claimant. It's all over.

              Pay the exorbitant amount within 30 days so that the CCJ is not recorded with the credit reference agencies.

                I completed the online application online as previously requested and then requested copies as instructed. The two letters posted last week were the first response recieved.

                        It had nothing to do with the request to Gemini!! you were supposed to submit before day 33 whether Gemini had responded or not.

                        Yes they have got away with this one unfortunately and so that you don't suffer anymore grief then pay them before the 30 days so that it is not flagged on your credit record and you have trouble for the next 6 years.
