CLS finance bullies at door , demanding car back , this has happened due to fraudulent activity on my bank so direct debit dates changed i moved this by 2 days ,later than original setup date the following morning (from original date ) i had a call telling me termination of contract and car to be taken back , within the hour 2 xbully numbnuts at door wanting car back .
I have never missed a payment in 14 months I also let them know about the situation then this still happens .
WHAT TO DO NEXT ?? the lumps are still in my street

Probably you need to get on the phone to CLS asap to sort this out.
Do you actually have arrears on the account ?
Did CLS send you a default / termination notice or give you reason as to why they were terminating the agreement ?
Do you have a copy of the agreement ?

A Direct Debit would only be able to be amended, date wise, by the company claiming on it - you could cancel it but not amend the date the company requests payment unless you ask the company to amend the date they claim it from the bank - a Standing Order would be able to be changed by you as that's where you send money.- so you might want to check what you actually have set up and whether you missed a payment one month whilst you were making the changes and dealing with the fraudulent activity.

No not in any arrears , no warnings only a call on first setup date saying they where on there way this was 8.30pm , as i said this was setup for 2 days after first date and paid still had them at door this afternoon and they are still in street in car now .
I have phoned CLS and they said because they have sent out collection of car i owe £302 extra as this was not the original date .
I called them week before to tell them the change which they said was fine
