      You can send them as an email attachment to admin@legalbeagles.info (I think)

      Put the name of your thread in the subject box & an https link in the main body of the email.

                I'm guessing that the copy of the signed agreement is that fuzzy in real life?
                (I can read their letter clearly enough.)

                  Yes the signed agreement is fuzzy on front and terrible on rear cant read it.

                          Tactically, I would not do so.
                          If you do, you'll be giving them a heads-up that what they've sent is rubbish, & they may well rectify their blunder by sending you a nice, shiny reconstituted copy.
                          If it were me I'd keep schtum all the way through the court process if necessary, until a written defence to a court claim is needed.
