  • Landmark mortgage late payment markers

good morning I wonder if anyone can assist me at all ? Despite paying landmark mortgages there mortgage amount in the months of the payments, some have been between 1 and 8 days later than the 1st of the month, they have said I am in breach of my terms and conditions as the payment is due the 1st if every month, so they have put on 7 concurrent late payment markers which makes it look to the naked eye that I have not paid which is not true. So I want to fight them and find out what the actual terms and conditions actually state, I cannot seem to find any old documents from NRAM regarding how they class late payments and more importantly what they do if you are late as I think landmark are not working to the terms and conditions

If your payments are due by the 1st of the month you need to make sure the payment arrives before the 1st of the month - are you a month in arrears that you need to catch up on ? Are the late payment markers all 1s or 1,2,3,4 etc ? Have you always paid on the same date ?

Have you asked landmark for the terms / agreement copy ?
A SAR should get the info https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ccess-request/
as well as transaction lists so you can see where things went wrong and any charges that might be being applied.
