Robinson Way have made me an offer to settle an account they are handling for HPH Ltd. They are making a big deal about me not contacting them by telephone and I have stated that due to my medical condition I cannot and I have said that I will refer to HPH Ltd but on checking same I see they went down the pan ! Would they have bought the account that I owe ?.

Robinson Way and Hoist are basically the same people, you are under no obligation to talk to them on the phone and can insist that everything is in writing. What kind of offer to settle have they made you ?
