Company Trackers.

Hi I am new to this channel,didn't know it existed,glad it does, hope someone can advise me as off to-day my company has decided to use the company vehicle tracker to now pay our monthly wage via the tracker and no longer use time sheets, as a service engineer I can accumulate a lot of hours on any given week,so for ages they has been happy to pay via the time sheet albeit the tracker has always been in use, I don't like this idea, is this a legal activity, can someone pls advise.

Are they paying hourly from when you leave your house to when you get home ? ( less breaks etc) so paid for the time you're out rather than the number / length of jobs you do ?

Yes we get paid door to door, less dinner etc.
