Hi, new here
We have never had any kind of ticket, so completely unaware of were we stand, although many people have advised to ignore the PCN. Hense we are looking for better advise from any able to give their input
My wife parked at Northampton Hospital, got a ticket and was within the times. However the car park was full and she had a job interview whilst in a rush, she decided to park in a safe place, just not within a designated bay. Subsequently getting a ticket
We would like to appeal and have today received the Notice. We have a copy of the letter if anyone needs to look at it.
