    Bathgate costa coffe parking

    Does anyone know if the parking company that operate this small car park are leagal and can fine you £60 if not paid then a debtor sends you letters demanding £170 because of the failure to pay the first demand.

    Probably legal and can charge, or try to. Post up the redacted PCN, leave the dates, don'tidentify the driver
