I was very poorly represented by Peninsula at an industrial tribunal. I understand that there is no contingent liability. I have simply refused to pay the balance of their bill. They are taking me to Court in Manchester in the new year for non-payment of the invoice.

Industrial tribunal ? Peninsula do employment tribunals for employers - how did you come to engage them and do you have a copy of your contract? Were you in a 5 year contract for HR services etc or was it a one off representation for a single case ?
