So you pay the hospital for parking? you displayed your permit but not where they expected it? Where do the signs, if any, tell you to display it?

no signs advising displaying permits i don’t think.
Usually have permit stuck to window but due to change vehicle new permit not yet stuck to window, left on dash but must have slipped off... not in view !

When you say Card Operated barrier car park - would it be the case that only people with valid permits would have the card to operate the barrier ?

Probably a good idea to take a couple pics of signage etc next time you park there. Was your appeal basically that you have a valid permit and left it on your dash ? Were photos provided to evidence it wasn't displayed correctly etc ?

No anyone with barrier pass £10 can use car park.

yes as my parking permit was not on display is dashboard / windscreen (they took photos ) ticket given.

Did not take fact permit must have slipped off or copy of my wage slip to show monthly parking payment.

          If i hadn’t paid i would understand !
