Hi fellow Beagles
I am new to this site and am currently in dispute with a large Debt company for historic debts sold by the original Banks. I recently requested a SARs and noted many admin mistakes with my accounts...lost and found (apologies later given) together with mistakes re the amounts owed etc. I have now requested a CCA to review the original contracts with the Banks and am after 12 working days now awaiting to see the results.
Once these come I may need your help and advice as to how I should progress.
