    VT and how does this effect your right for mileage?

    Have you gone over the mileage indicated on your finance agreement ?

    There is some information here https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...07#post1391607 about mileage. It's not a straightforward answer I'm afraid - some companies claim it and some don't bother so much.

    Presumably you're wanting to VT the finance agreement to get a new car from the Nissan Dealership that are telling you not to worry about it?
    Wonder if they are so sure if they would sign an agreement with you to pay the mileage excess for you - I'd bet not.
