    Hi,

    Stumbled across this website whilst searching google for 'defending myself county court'
    I have received a County Court Claim from Gladstone Solicitiors regarding an unpaid parking ticket

    I would like some advice on defending myself in court if possible....

    Hi there First step is to acknowledge the claim with intent to defend in full ( there should be Moneyclaim online log in details bottom right of the claim form) This extends the time you have to deal with things to 33 days from the date of issue.

    Then could you make a new thread in here https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...e-court-claims and post up a bit of background to the ticket and the particulars of claim from the claim form please.
