    Hello

    I had a spell in hospital then 18 months in a Nursing home which took away all my finances, Im now getting slowly back on my feet. I've got a pre legal assessment from Lowell..

    Good to hear you are getting back on your feet, don't let this 'pre-legal assessment' set you back at all. It's basically a testing the water letter to see if they need to send a formal letter of claim and a bit of a pre-warning that they might be looking at taking court action at some point in the future.

    So firstly do you recognise the debt that Lowell are chasing ?
