Hi, I've just joined. Hope you can help. I have been filmed in secret, and they made DVDs of me which they submitted in a Witness Statement to Court. This person also submitted a fake letter to a bank, pretending to be my father. He mentioned this letter in his witness Statement. I included a letter from the bank stating my father had not written the letter. I can't understand why he has got away with Perjury. Can I sue him for filming me in a private place without my permission? I told him he could not film me, and he said he could. Is this not against my human rights "Invasion of Privacy" or Intrusion of Solitude" or is that in America? Thanks for any words of wisdom here, because he shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.
