Just wanted to know the outcome of Coast financial solutions contact problems, as my loan from Welcome was sold to them, i now live in Australia so im unable to call them on the given phone number as it starts with 0345. I also didnt get given any choice and im now behind as im struggling to contact them to set up new payment plan. They only seem to have a PO box number registered in Newport Wales? I feel very frustrated and aggrieved as i was 10 years into my original loan with Welcome, can someone please help with suggestions. My son lives at my property in UK where the loan is secured against and is worrying now he and his young family will have to move out?.Coast finance wont give my son any information, until i give them the aurthaurity , sorry for my spelling.Until i can contact them direct my hands are tied.

Is this link any use? Coast Financial Solutions give this information (Warning!) on their first page. It would appear that they are part of the Target group. A compare of company numbers might help.

The FCA reg gives a number 01633717340
There's no answerphone and it's probably out of hours at moment so haven't been able to check it's correct but the code is Newport.

Authority wise - you can do that in writing.

Are you still making payments ?

How much is still owing on the loan ?

Il give the number a ring later today as you say its out of hours for me, Im trying to restart payments since Welcome gave me only 2 weeks notice and no real information about the new owners of my debt/loan. I just really need to give authorisation so my son can help as my proxy, the cheapest way for me to pay through banks is for me to send money through internet banking to my sons account and he pays them direct, but as i say i 1 st need to to confirm to them that my son will proxy for me. It was a 25000 pound secured loan around 12 yrs ago, and 16000 is outstanding , if i went the whole term which i think is 20 yrs...i dont have the paper work with me but Welcome did offer me a settlement figure last year, which was a huge saving ,but i wasnt able to raise the funds, anyway il ring them on the number you gave me and let you know the outcome. So frustrating for genuine people just trying to repay debts.
