    Hi! I have been caught shoplifting from Primark, But the police was not involved.. I was sent At home letters from RLP wich I decided to ignore, But now I recived a letter from Capital Resolve. Can they Take Me to court? I am very scared, It was the first time I did this and I am Sorry, But what It is done It is done, I can not change anything now.. Please give Me an advice, should I pay?

    No, don't pay ... just ignore Capital Resolve are only debt collectors who RLP employ when their own letters don't work. CR have even less clout than RLP but might use a red pen more liberally Just ignore them

      The only people who COULD take you to court would be Primark. RLP cannot, Capital Resolve cannot. We've never seen Primark take anyone to court for one of these 'invoices'.
