Hi! I have been caught shoplifting from Primark, But the police was not involved.. I was sent At home letters from RLP wich I decided to ignore, But now I recived a letter from Capital Resolve. Can they Take Me to court? I am very scared, It was the first time I did this and I am Sorry, But what It is done It is done, I can not change anything now.. Please give Me an advice, should I pay?

The only people who COULD take you to court would be Primark. RLP cannot, Capital Resolve cannot. We've never seen Primark take anyone to court for one of these 'invoices'.#staysafestayhome
