      Hi Cem,

It is not usual to charge for dealing with a Larke v Negus request received in respect of a Will that you/your firm has prepared. The Law Society practice note actually states that a charge is not appropriate in these circumstance

So no charge from a law firm if they receive a request and are expected to disclose details surrounding a Will instruction where a Will is disputed. However I am unsure whether this would apply to other organisations that prepare wills. If I find any clarification I will re-post here with the info. But if a solicitors law firm then no charge.
I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.

Any posts I make on LegalBeagles are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as legal advice. Any practical advice I give is without liability. I do not represent people on the forum.

If in doubt you should always seek professional face to face legal advice.
