Hi there I have 'received a bill from Bank smart stating I owe them over Ł1500 in charges. I haven't had a penny back on any ppi claims they say I am in breach of contract these go back to before 2008. They say I need to pay up or go to court

Are they saying this is due due to cancellation or breach of contract ? Or is it commissions on refunds that has been paid directly off loans/credit card debts outstanding ?
