    hi i had a arrangement with excel to repay tv license but my fiances changed and my money was dropped,they wrote down things like tv,sofa on agreement that they didnt say they were going to as it was just to sign repayment, a few weeks ago i rung them to say my money had gone down,they rung me bk but i missed the call they then turned up and even though i said id make up the arrears that day in the message prior they rung bk ,and i kept my agreement but then they charged me 100 on top extra cos i missed their call he was rude and said i had to leave him check see if the items were here and he wanted to look in my bedroom ?? or he come bk with police,i paid the 100 i said i would have nxt day with link but iv got to pay another 197 by today and iv only got 140 ,so panicking and 197 next month , plz any advice asap ty

      If you have a change in your circumstances then go back to Court to arrange a lower payment. Bailiff won't be bothered he just wants paying. You say he has seized goods - when did this happen and what did he write down (exactly as described on the form)? Have you asked for a breakdown of the fees charged? Not being funny but are you able to say much about your family circumstances - understand if don't want to say?
