if I had bailiffs round my house and they made a list of assists that some of which do not belong to me . To which I told them at the time but they still listed them . I have now moved and some of the stuff has been thrown away abs destroyed what happens now . Do they have right to come to new addrsss or doesn’t the process have to start again .

When mother in law died, we literally could not give away her furniture. In the end we hired a van and took the stuff to the dump.
So, when bailiffs list things like the dining table and the sofa, they have no intention of taking those away to sell, as they would not even cover the removal costs. There may be the odd electronic gadget just about worth their while selling, but the rest of the process is a bluff, to get you to pay any cash you have. That is why they took no notice when you told them stuff did not belong to you.
By the way, there are lots of things they can't take, and the dining table is one of those.

Well they took down 3 TV sets but 1 was on it’s away to the dump the other only works with sky or freeview and the other is used for a screen for computer but they did not see the computer or iPad or mobile phone. They listed tables but they were all left in the house and the sofa was a friends she wasn’t letting me borrow . But as I have moved can they come to my new place or does the process have to start again .
