Carphone warehouse sim free return policy

Hello everyone

i purchased a sim free phone from carphone warehouse 5 days ago, i did not like the colour of the phone so i exchanged the phone for a different colour yesterday but now having this phone for one day i have found that i still do not like this phone colour and would like to just exchange the phone to a black phone.

now this is carphone warehouse policy "SIM free phones bought in store

• You can swap your SIM free phone for a different handset within 14 days of buying it.
• You can only swap your phone for a different model once.
• You can't return your phone and get a refund.

Items bought at Carphone Warehouse stores can be returned or exchanged at any Carphone Warehouse store. Carphone Warehouse no longer operates the Samsung Experience Stores from 4 March 2017. This means that products purchased at a Samsung Experience Store prior to 4 March 2017 should be returned or exchanged in a Carphone Warehouse store. Products purchased on or after 4 March 2017 should be returned or exchanged at a Samsung Experience Store."


Does anyone know of any way around this policy as i really can not have this bright blue phone at work?

Have you been back into the store to ask to change it again and they've refused?

With respect why can you not have this colour phone at work?

yes i plan to have this phone for some time and would rather have the phone in a colour i like as i have paid quite abit for it.

to be fear i just do not like it, i think it looks quite childish

but was not told about it when purchasing nor was in told about it when i did the exchange.
