    Just a quick hello, and my problem is with a roofer who thinks the 14 day cooling off period can be overruled .. Im fairly sure I have placed it in the correct forum (consumer and civil rights)

    Consumer Rights Act 2015 enshrines that right in law, he can't overrule the law.
