No 5. Do I get a copy of the trial bundle the claimant is providing ?
No 6. Should I have been notified of any witness been called ?
I had not been notified the claimant has paid the fee by 15th June.

the trail date was sent out on 26 May
Do I provide a case summery as defendant?
Parties have not been able seek and agree the content of the trial bundle and case summary, due to a claimants application on 2 August to take place on the 31 August
    and trial date 6 September
any suggestions would be gratefully received

What is the Claimant's application on the 31st Aug? I anticipate any non-complied with Directions will be dealt with at the application and the trial date shifted if needs be. Or the matter may be struck out.
      I would suggest it d
epends what the further application is to do with.
I am a qualified solicitor and am happy to try and assist informally, where needed.

Any posts I make on LegalBeagles are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as legal advice. Any practical advice I give is without liability. I do not represent people on the forum.

If in doubt you should always seek professional face to face legal advice.
