  • Claim transferred

I filed a claim in the High Court but the defendant requested amendments to my pleadings or they were going to apply for a strike out on my case. They submitted a defence highlighting the inadequacies of my claim and advising me to file amended details. I have since filed these amendments, followed by a questionnaire and a consent order. Following these actions the court have transferred the case to the County Court. Will the new court review the papers and issue the directions or do I need to contact the new court to request this?
