    I recently got pulled for not having my seatbelt on the officer took all my details and issued the fine via mail i have just recieved the fine with completely the wrong first name on it and the location he put down was 1.5 miles away from where he pulled me how do i go about this?

    Pay the penalty.
    Those errors will be regarded as de minimis and will not save you

      return it to them stating incorrect details name/etc. otherwise proceedures will escalate and consequences will happen! then once amended pay it to get rid of it!

        Send it back to them correcting the details and asking they issue it correctly, then pay it.

        If you just pay what has been sent to you then your correct details might be entered somewhere else and it not get marked as settled, then lead to further bother down the line.
