On 19/03/2012 the Defendant defaulted on the agreement with an outstanding balance of £1836.00 on the 26/08/2014 the debt of £1836.00 was assigned to Aktiv Kapital Portfolio AS, Oslo, Zug Branch, who itself assigned the debt to PRA Group (UK) LTD on 31/12/2014. Notices of assignment were sent to the defendant in accordance with S136 Law of Property Act 1925. Payments of £37.20 were received up to 29/12/2017 and adjustments have been applied in the sum od £1.86. AND THE CLAIMANT CLAIMS 1. The sum of £1796.94

If you don't get anything by the deadlines for the letters (14 days from date of posting for CCA and 7 days from DoP CPR) then you should start to draft a version of the Example Defence as then it won't be a last minute job to file it, plus you can ask us to have a look to make sure it's all good.
