Hello everyone!
1. I received County Court claim form 9th July from Lowell.
2. I completed acknowledgement of service online.
3. I sent off 2 letters. 1st to Lowell (CCA request + £1 P.O.) and 2nd Lowell solicitors (CPR request plus copy of CCA sent to Lowells on 23/7/18.
4. I have received 2 letters reply back today both from Lowell solicitors.
Previously I done the 3 letters but it hasn't worked. They sent me original agreement I had with Provident not an agreement with them (Lowell) also, Annual statement and Statement Transactions.
This looks the same as they have sent to me today.
I'm lost now what to do.

Without knowing what you asked for and they have sent you it's difficult to know your legal position or where you should go from here.
