  • help with N181 please

Hi I am new here and would like some help as I have to complete a N181. My question is where the court in the guidance notes provides and web page to find the pre action protocols it seems to only give protocols for a company vs an individual. Where do I find the protocols for individual vs individual? the claim is relation to a debt after a bad tenancy. Thanks on advance for any assistance.

If it is a bad tenancy then in essence it's a landlord vs a tenant ? so the landlord is a business.... guidance wise - the court guidance on these kind of forms is awful for litigants in person and particularly so for defendants.

What's the claim for - refund of deposit / payment of arrears etc - are you landlord or tenant etc.

The N181 is quite straightforward - just looks more complicated than it is. How much is the claim for ? ( over £10k presumably as you've got the fast/multitrack directions questionnaire ) - which bits are you having trouble with ?

Thanks for reply. I am the landlord/claimant. there were some rent arrears. some loss of rent but mainly it is for property damages. I wrote a pre claim letter setting out what was owed and what for with invoice copies and rent statements. I enclosed pictures of tenancy start and finish to make it clear why I was claiming. Would this uffice?
