Am I entitled to go to court against the collection agent

Amethyst it was the same form he asked me to sign the direct debit form he asked me to sign but the signature was the same price of paper saying this is tying you into a twelve month contract but again no mention do I have the option to go to court

If the paper with the DD mandate on was the same as the agreement to the tie in to a 12 month contract then probably not. Were you given a copy at the time or was a copy given to you afterward, by email etc ?

How much was the monthly payment ? ( £40 odd?)

42 pound a month I found an email from the center manager that says if I’ve moved out of area I only have to pay one month on top he never got back to me I was on holiday at the time in Estonia
