JBW are chasing for a debt that is not mine. I sold my car in Dec 2017 I have provided evidence of sale,letter re insurance stopped, letter from DVLA saying I don't own car (didn't on date of offence) I have been told by them this morning their client will not accept my evidence I completed a TE7 &TE9 and the court has refused my application. JBW are threatening to attend my house and remove goods to cover the debt. please advise what I can do

What was the offence ? ( presumably something car related like parking / speeding etc ? that happened after Dec 2017 )#staysafestayhome

Okay when was the offence ? Was it after the DVLA had been informed of the new keeper ?
Did you receive and appeal the original notice ? or did you only find out when JBW got in touch ?
Had you changed address between selling the car and the offence?#staysafestayhome

PS: It is NOT the court that refused your application. It would have been Highways England (who administer the Dart Charge).
