Debt statement

We have agreed to make monthly payments to a collection company,payments have been paid on time and have been in existence for a number of years.Question,are the collectiors duty bound to send a statement either six months or by year,showing the outstanding debt and the amount paid.

you sure you are not being cash cowed? give details then we can get a true picture as to your situation, as many debt collectors are not owners just commission agents for owners
