New Here - CCJ Advice Needed

Hi everyone, I'm really hoping that someone can point me in the right direction of where to post this please.

Basically my partner has CCj's that are from 2014 but he has only just been made aware of them and we really need some help as to what to do.

State what you know about the CCJ (who it's for, why it defaulted, when etc.) and steps you have taken so far, such as who you have contacted and when.
