    Hi I was evicted on may 4th the house was damp not liveble any my health suffering massively,so the council told me time and time again they would do the work needed but they didn't do anything so i stopped paying rent so from the 4 may to 10 may my property was burgled,it is the council s possession from may 4,I phoned police and forensic,but the police discovered a window open there was no forced entry do I have a case to take my housing officer to court for liability plz would love some advice thanks xx

      I think there needs to be some clarity here. Here's how I understand it, is this correct?

      You were evicted on 4th May and between then and the 10th May the house was burgled. After the eviction your personal belongings remained in the property until such time as you could collect them. The housing officer failed to secure the property resulting in the burglary and your property has been stolen in the burglar?
