I am gonna need a bit more information (as you will too) to help!
1: You say they "put her in contract", how was this contract taken out and what was it for?
2: What was the contract for, and who took it out?
3:When was the contract due to expire?
4: Have you sent an SAR request to O2 for the notes on the account?
