It seems you might know the answer to my question. I sent a CCA request and has been signed for by the creditor and 12 plus 2 days has passed but I have not heard anything, so what do I do now?

I got a letter now saying my account is on hold till they find them, as I understand they should have provided it within 14 days but why do I need to wait again? do I write to them?
