    my daughter runs a small business doing web design a
    long standing client of 2 years demanded she quoted a deadline to complete a piece of work she gave 6 week estimate they the client locked her out of the account then claimed she had not delivered in time the same day cancelled her contract
    without notice demanding their money back there was a thousand pound still unpaid for the service outstanding they are threatening a demand on her limited company and if she doesn’t to make her bunlprupt in effect they prevented her from fuflling the contract by locking her out . Can anyone help with any advice her position is
    that they ended the contract and prevented her from her end of completing it by locking her out without notice. She had 1,000 loss of the remainder of the contract the client agreed to.

    You need to provide a copy of the contract really as the terms will be important here.
