Collecting on a cash settlement from my divorce 8 years ago.

In my divorce decree, there's a stipulation in there that my ex owes me a substantial chunk of money when our daughter turns 21. That's coming up in December. What's the best way to go about collecting on that?

Usually it it would be called a financial order and you would need to, if it isn't complied with, apply to the court to enforce the order. Do you have reason to believe the order won't be complied with in December ?
