    Change of job role

    Does an employer have to provide a written statement for a change of job role?

    I was moved over to a new department 3 years ago and now that departments being made redundant but I’ve never signed to agree.

    The move to the department and then working there meant that you agreed. You accepted the terms of their offer by undertaking the work.

      Thats pretty much my understand of the issue too. Cant really add anything further than what Jaguar said
