Okay, so you sent the CCA request and failed to file a defence on time? Why?

I can't read the Credit agreement from the photo, but is it clear and legible to you? Did you ever sign and return the credit agreement?

Also, there doesn't appear to be a Notice of Assignment from Next or a Default Notice?

I'm sorry for the late reply Jaguar, I've been checking this every day for a responce and I've overlooked your message.
No i never signed Documents and these Documents on here was everything received

Honesty... I didn't file a defence because I didn't think I had one. so I was just burying my head I guess

Okay, did you send anything to the court at all? Did you acknowledge service or just do nothing at all? (this might sound like being critical, but I'm not just trying to find out what you did)
