Hi Last week I bought good quality laminate flooring and underlay from Carpetright, . We found we didn't use the last pack of flooring or the underlay -all packs were still sealed and in perfect condition. They have refused to refund us. Is this legal? They haven't even offered an exchange.

Did you buy instore or online ?
If in store then they have no obligation to accept a return unless it either faulty, not as described, or they state they accept returns in their terms, ( they don't seem to - https://www.carpetright.co.uk/returns-policy ) though it would be good customer service to do so they don't seem to care much looking round at other people complaining online about the same. I think they were reporting profit warnings a few weeks back.#staysafestayhome
Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.
