I am about to voluntary terminate my HP on a car, it has all service history except the last one, and a small ding in the body, my concern is can they refuse to accept the car back?

If a small ding is a massive crunch, ( or anything I think over 1cm ) then they may charge you for rectifying it, but I don't believe they can just refuse. It should be in your agreement terms about the Service History ?

Have you paid over 50% of the total due under the agreement ?
