You've received a county court claim. The legal clock is ticking.
Your priority is to deal with this claim regardless of any payment plan which you may have agreed with Restons. A payment plan does not prevent them from issuing a claim.
If you don’t file an Acknowledgment of Service within 19 days of the Claim Issue Date then you’ll be at risk of a Default Judgment (CCJ) and any subsequent enforcement of that CCJ.
If you don’t file a Defence within 33 days of the Claim Issue Date then you’ll be at risk of a Default Judgment (CCJ) and any enforecment of that CCJ.
What is the claim for and why do Restons say they have the right to claim it on behalf of their client?

Can you tell me a little more about this claim so I can help.
I note Restons are the solicitors but who is the Claimant and who was the original creditor?
Was it a loan, credit card, bank overdraft, utility bill, mobile phone account etc?
How much is the claim in order to explain what may lie ahead for you.
